Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Every session with Carlos M. Seijas is thoughtfully planned, personalized, and time-reserved to meet the highest standards of service. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, the following cancellation and rescheduling policy applies based on the date of purchase:
 
For Services Purchased 60 to 90 Days Before the Scheduled Date

Within 48 Hours of Purchase
Cancellation: Full Refund — No Fees
Rescheduling: No Fees

60 to 88 Days Prior to Service
Cancellation: Full Refund — $50 Fee
Rescheduling: $50 Fee

30 to 59 Days Prior to Service
Cancellation: Full Refund — $100 Fee
Rescheduling: $100 Fee

15 to 29 Days Prior to Service
Cancellation: 50% Refund
Rescheduling: Fee equal to 50% of the full service price

Within 14 Days of Service
Cancellation: No Refunds
Rescheduling: Not Permitted — Session must be cancelled

Cancellation: Full Refund — $100 Fee
Rescheduling: $100 Fee

15 to 29 Days Prior to Service
Cancellation: 50% Refund
Rescheduling: Fee equal to 50% of the full service price

Cancellation: No Refunds
Rescheduling: Not Permitted — Session must be cancelled

Cancellation: Full Refund — $50 Fee
Rescheduling: $50 Fee

Cancellation: 50% Refund
Rescheduling: Fee equal to 50% of the full service price

Within 14 Days of Service
Cancellation: No Refunds
Rescheduling: Not Permitted — Session must be cancelled

 
Additional Notes

All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing via email to: bookings@carlosmseijas.com
Rescheduled sessions must take place within 60 days of the original scheduled date.

All cancellation and rescheduling fees are based on the full listed price at the time of booking, not including any discounts or promotions.
